Simply put – the real pandemic in South Africa is POVERTY, and we have set out to make a difference in the lives of our fellow South Africans who are suffering because of it – whatever it takes! Be it funding, education, tangible tools, skills, a hug, some love, or even just a kind word. Everyone deserves to live an abundant life, free from poverty and financial stress, and the MAD Foundation is intent on making that happen for as many South Africans as we can.

The Real Pandemic in South Africa is Poverty
The MAD Foundation was born out of an awareness and intention to address the extreme socioeconomic conditions and inequality which characterize South Africa.
Our members are intent on raising funds to establish meaningful anti-poverty initiatives, community-based and sustainable development projects and work opportunities.
These will address, amongst other things, the youth and the unemployment crisis facing our country by equipping them with the funding and skills necessary to be integrated into the economy.
Our Foundation has already entered into negotiations with several prospective funders as well as providers of technology in key development sectors. We feel that it is incumbent upon us to enable financial contributions into programs that will uplift communities and serve our broader societal needs.

Marina Taute
Marina is a Cognitive, Life and Wellness Coach based in Dubai, UAE. She was born and raised in sunny South Africa and that is truly where her heart belongs.
Her other passions in life are her boys and people. But more specifically – helping people.
She is a true empath, in every sense of the word, and why she is perfect for her role as MAD Foundation’s Public Relations Officer.
Shirley Hanson
Shirley is an entrepreneur at heart with a strong foundation in Graphic and Website Design.
Also a thouroughbred South African whose patriotic blood runs deep in her veins.
It is this pride, along with her life long experience in marketing that equip her in her role as Brand Manager, and custodian of how the MAD Foundation presents to the world.
Cee Shamrock
Cee is a Media Marketing expert with decades of experience in the media and advertising industry.
She sprinkles magic wherever she goes! That beautiful gift, along with her marketing background, places her perfectly at the head of MAD Foundation’s Sponsorship Facilitation.
Her expertise will place MAD on the map and truly drive our mission to make a difference.
